It can be difficult to fit in exercise with a new baby. New mums and carers in Broxtowe Borough can take advantage of new Bring Baby Gym and Fitness Classes in Bramcote.

Beeston's Food and Drink Weekend is now in full swing. We've got a selection of items on our tasting table, two special dishes (a salad with balsamic roasted beetroot and goats' cheese and a freshly baked ciabatta with chicken, smoky bacon and wholegrain mustard mayo) and some fab cakes including the pretty amazing double chocolate cake with salted caramel frosting. What's not to love about today?!
