![]() Landlords with properties in the Lenton and Dunkirk area of Nottingham will have the unique opportunity of being able to meet with and discuss housing policy with the leader of Nottingham City Council Mr. John Collins. Mr Collins wants to discuss local issues and will be at the Dunkirk Community Centre on Tuesday 26th February 2013 from 5:00 – 6:30pm. This is a great opportunity for landlords who are opposed to Article 4 and Additional Licensing to attend. In addition if there are any landlords who know of residents in these areas who are unable to sell their properties because of Article 4 we would love to hear from them. If you wish to attend the event please contact the EMPO office or come along to the EMPO open day as part of Lenton action week. This takes place at the EMPO office on Friday 8th February from 10:00am – 3:00pm. Landlords, residents and tenants are all welcome and will have the opportunity to discuss any issues concerning the Private Rented Sector. Kind regards. http://www.empo.co.uk/ For EMPO Ltd. ![]() We were looking for some video of Beeston Weir, which has been quite exciting recently with all the floodwater, (please comment a link to any good recent ones) but came across this: High Street: More on their Youtube channel: Their website: http://nottinghamhiddenhistoryteam.wordpress.com/
